Using Varypilot

Use the service only for applications and domains you are authorized to manage. Keep account access and server credentials secure. You are responsible for your experiment content, consent implementation, visitor-data collection, and decisions based on results.

Subscription offers

A subscription begins only after an authorized workspace owner accepts an approved offer through checkout. The offer states its currency, recurring amount, billing period, connected domain allowance, traffic allowance, and scope. Any applicable taxes are presented before payment. A comparison offer applies a 15% reduction to a verified, comparable AB Tasty recurring quote using the same currency, billing period, and tax basis. Additional scope requires a new offer.

Renewal and cancellation

Accepted subscriptions renew according to the offer until canceled. Workspace owners can manage available billing options through Stripe’s customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, as shown in the portal. For a billing error or refund request, contact us with the invoice reference. Statutory rights remain applicable.

Experiments and availability

Experiment results depend on your integration, traffic, goals, and statistical assumptions. Review data quality and the planned measurement horizon before making decisions. Published configuration may remain cached briefly; monitor delivery status when changing or stopping an experiment. No guaranteed uplift or service level is included unless expressly agreed in your offer.

Data and account closure

You retain responsibility for your content and visitor data. Contact us to request account closure or export. Visitor-data controls and retention settings are available to workspace administrators.
