Account and workspace data

Varypilot stores account details, workspace membership, experiment configuration, and activity necessary to operate the service. Authentication and workspace data use Supabase. The website and application use Vercel; experiment delivery and event processing use Cloudflare. Subscription payments are handled by Stripe when billing is enabled. Card details are entered in Stripe’s hosted payment interface.

Experiment visitors

Customers determine which sites, experiments, visitor identifiers, and events they connect. Event recording requires explicit analytics consent. Do not send names, email addresses, or sensitive personal information as visitor identifiers or event properties. Customers are responsible for their own privacy notice and consent implementation.

Retention and rights

Workspace administrators can select the supported visitor-data retention period and request visitor exports or deletion through the workspace. Contact us for account-data access, correction, or deletion requests. Billing records may need to be retained for applicable accounting obligations.

Browser storage

The application uses cookies for authentication and local browser storage for appearance preferences. Your integration determines how stable visitor identifiers are stored on your own website.
